Victorinox RAPID Julienne Peeler

This Victorinox RAPID Julienne Peeler has an ultra-sharp julienne edge ideal for creating short, thin strips of fruits and vegetables. Once you have removed the outer skin of a vegetable, you can quickly create julienne strips (or French cuts) of vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, zucchini for salads, garnishes, hors d’oeuvres and more.

The RAPID peeler has a dishwasher-safe ergonomic ABS plastic handle with a built-in lateral potato eye remover. It can easily be used by left and right-handed chefs.
